Kinesiologist, CranioSacral Therapist
Aaron Cowell obtained his bachelor of Science of Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph. For the last 9 years, Aaron has worked in the field of rehabilitation and personal training. Aaron has completed various continuing education courses including a level one standing with the Ontario Brain Injury Association and has completed all levels of training with the Cranial Centre to receive his certification as a CranioSacral Therapist. Aaron is currently enrolled with the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy and is working towards his credentials as a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner. Aaron comes from a versatile background of coaching various sports and instructing all levels of power skating.
Herbalist, Naturopathic Medical Student, Former Midwife
Cara Gwizd-Cowell has worked as both a modern and traditional midwife. Her love of holistic modalities led her to pursue further knowledge within advanced midwifery skills, prenatal yoga instruction, breastfeeding support, fire cupping, tongue diagnosis, and doula support. The Herb Filled Homestead arose from the knowledge she attained within her traditional herbalism studies. She is currently upgrading her knowledge to attain her title as a Clinical Herbalist with Wild Rose College of Herbal Medicine. Cara completed her undergraduate studies in health sciences and psychology at Queen's University. She is currently studying naturopathic medicine at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ontario.

It depends on your insurance. We do not offer direct billing with insurance but we are working on the ability to be covered by most insurance plans. Once we have completed our current schooling and have attained the necessary credentials to do so, we will provide you with all of the paperwork that you need to pass onto your insurance.
Anyone can benefit from our services. We will work with your to figure out the best way to to integrate our holistic care options into your current wellness practices.
